Dr Sebastian Rodrigues is an Australian trained General, breast and endocrine surgeon. He has 26 years of clinical experience. He obtained his MBBS degree in 1995 and his Masters in Surgery in 1998 after completion of surgical training in Mumbai, India. He has also obtained Diplomate National Board (DNB) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, India. He gained valuable experience in emergency and elective general Surgery during this time.
After immigrating to Australia in 2005, Dr Rodrigues underwent post graduate training of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons at the Prince of Wales Hospital network, Sydney. He went through broad general surgical and sub speciality rotations like upper gastrointestinal, colorectal and breast and endocrine at various hospitals in Sydney. He was awarded FRACS in 2012 after successful completion of training. He further underwent 2 years of post-fellowship training in breast and endocrine surgery at the Nepean Hospital, Penrith and the Concord Repatriation Hospital, Sydney.
